We had a wonderful stay at Ecocamping Yaxche! The garden was beautifully maintained and provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
Although there were some minor inconveniences, such as the limited breakfast options and the room not matching the pictures, they did not greatly impact our overall experience.

During my New Year stay, I appreciated the stunning location of this campsite, right by the lagoon. the beautiful sunrise and sunset views were a highlight, and being able to relax on the terrace with hammocks and a swing in the water was a unique and enjoyable experience. the free shuttle service provided by the friendly owner was a great convenience, allowing easy access to the nearby town.
the tents provided were below standard, with dirty mattresses and bedding, as well as a mosquito infestation. the lack of basic amenities like pillows and towels was also frustrating.

My tent was clean and comfortable, and I loved waking up to the sound of nature. The daily shuttle service to the town was convenient for exploring the area. Although the staff generally spoke only Spanish, they were friendly and accommodating. I recommend this campsite for nature lovers and those seeking a tranquil getaway.

The stunning location by the lagoon provides a gorgeous water and swimming area, making it a perfect spot for natural beauty enthusiasts. the tent rentals offer comfortable accommodation for a unique camping experience. the beauty of the location compensates for some of the minor downsides, such as a language barrier and inconsistent information from the staff.
The lack of cooking facilities for camping may be inconvenient for those who prefer to prepare their own meals.

The value for money at Ecocamping Yaxche was excellent, especially with the room upgrade we received. The location right by the beautiful lake was perfect, and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable.
The breakfast selection could be improved by offering more variety or extending the kitchen hours.

We enjoyed swimming and relaxing by the water. The restaurant at the camping served delicious food at affordable prices. We had some memorable meals there.- We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with air conditioning and a private bathroom at no extra cost. It made our stay more comfortable.
The staff could have been more attentive and friendly. We felt like we were bothering them whenever we had questions or requests.

The location of this hotel is superb, with breathtaking views of the lagoon that will leave you in awe. Plus, the free shuttle service to town in the morning and afternoon is incredibly convenient. Another highlight is the reasonable pricing for food and beer at the on-site restaurant, along with the delicious meals it offers.
The limited operating hours of the restaurant can be a drawback, especially if you arrive late in the evening and are looking for a meal.
